Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, contact us at hello@allthebeautifullinen.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on where to send your package.
Please note that all returns are the responsibility of the customer, at his own cost. Therefore, we advise you to send your return with a reliable service that provides tracking, proof of delivery, or purchase shipping insurance.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Gift Cards.
Price adjustments
We are unable to provide price adjustments or partial refunds for purchases made outside of the discount period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
