Production lead time
Please note that all our items are made to order. The standard production lead time is 2—3 weeks after confirming the order and receiving payment.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination and selected delivery method.
For a limited time, we are offering free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Delivery methods
For standard shipping, we use Lithuanian Post. For express delivery – FedEx, UPS, or DPD courier services. Feel free to choose the preferred option at checkout.
Shipping time
The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping companies. These time frames are on top of item production lead time.
Standard Shipping
- European Union: 5—10 business days
- Everywhere else: 14—20 business days
Express Shipping
- Worldwide: 2—4 business days
Tracking
All our shipments are trackable. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number after the parcel has been dispatched. If you haven’t received the tracking number, please check your spam folder, or contact our team at hello@allthebeautifullinen.com.
Customs and import fees
You won’t need to pay any customs duties or extra fees when ordering from the United States. We cover all U.S. import tariffs, and your order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The amount shown at checkout is the total cost—no additional charges upon delivery.
If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union or United States, please note that customs fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed, nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.
NOTE: If express shipping freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional costs.
